• Account data (email, login credentials, profile settings) — to create and run your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract.
• Purchase and credit records (licences bought, credits granted and spent, subscription status) — to give you access to your downloads. Legal basis: contract.
• Requests and support messages (email, phone number, message content) — to reply to you. Legal basis: contract / legitimate interests.
• Usage data (previews played, pages viewed, device identifiers, IP address) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the catalogue. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Card and billing details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us — we never see your full payment details.

• Service providers who host the site, store files and run our database and email.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscription management, payments, invoicing and tax compliance.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities where we are required to by law.

Some providers are outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Account, purchase and licence records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for tax and legal records. Request messages and usage logs are kept only as long as useful for support and security, then deleted or anonymised.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email boutrosjb@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the ICO (or your local supervisory authority).

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — encrypted connections, access controls and private storage for master files, with downloads tied to your account.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your basket. Any analytics are limited to understanding how the site is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though sign-in will stop working.
