Continued use of the site or any purchase means you accept these terms. If you don't agree, stop using the site. You must be of legal age to buy, and where you buy on behalf of a business you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Instrumentals produced by Joseph Boutros, offered as shortened previews plus paid downloads (MP3 + WAV or exclusive rights), and optional subscriptions that grant J-Coin credits usable towards licences. Licence scope is set out on our licensing page.

Keep your login details confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must not:

• use the site unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or abuse;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, including reselling or redistributing our files;
• interfere with security — malware, probing, scraping or circumventing technical limits;
• reverse engineer the site or share download links or credentials.

We retain ownership of the site, its software, branding and all instrumentals and masters. You receive only the rights granted by the licence you purchase; nothing else transfers. Where you take exclusive rights, the scope is defined by that licence.

We aim to keep things running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by our payment provider. See Paddle's Buyer Terms and our refund policy. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; credits are granted per paid billing period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Licences already fully paid for survive termination; access to downloads and credits does not.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, your content, or your breach of these terms.

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or sale. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
